Websites Built for Nonprofits

A site that tells your story well, brings in support, and is easy for your team to keep up to date.

A New Website without the Usual Headaches

1

WordPress or Drupal. Your call.

Both are open source with no license fees. We'll help you choose the one that fits your team.

2

Your brand, built-in

Your colors, fonts and logo are set in the theme, so every new page looks like you.

3

Easy for your team to edit

Staff and volunteers update pages, events and news without code or a support ticket.

4

We move your content for you

Your existing pages come across into the new design. You don't have to rewrite your site to get a new one.

These aren't add-ons. They're part of how we build.

Accessibility

Designed and tested to WCAG 2.1 AA, so everyone in your community can use your site.

Search and AI visibility

SEO foundations, plus content structured so tools like ChatGPT and Google's AI answers can find and cite you.

Mobile-first design

Most of your visitors arrive on a phone. Every page and form is built for that first.

Training and analytics

We train your team before launch and set up analytics so you can see what's working.

How Your Project Runs

Step 1

Review and plan

We look at your current site and goals, then agree on scope, platform and timeline.

Step 2

Design

Your brand applied to a selected theme with your feedback built-in along the way.

Step 3

Build and Migrate

We build the site and move your content across, then test for accessibility and speed.

Step 4

Train and Launch

Your team is trained before going live and we stay on hand once the new site is live.

What does OneEach do for Websites?

WordPress or Drupal: Which is right for us?

Both are open source and free to license. WordPress is the most familiar editor for most teams. Drupal suits larger sites with complex permissions, multiple languages or member areas. We’ll recommend one after looking at how your team works.

Do we have to rewrite our content?

No. We migrate your existing pages into the new design. If you’d like to refresh your copy while we build, our marketing team can help.

Can our staff update the site themselves?

Yes. Your team edits pages, news and events in a simple editor, with no code. We train you before launch, and Website Support is there when you want a hand.

Will our site be accessible?

We design and test every site to WCAG 2.1 AA and check it before launch. We also show your editors how to keep new content accessible.

What happens after launch?

Most clients host with us, so updates, backups and monitoring are handled. Website Support covers new pages, design changes and anything that breaks.

Start with a free, honest look at your site

We review your site against current best practices and walk you through what's working and what isn't. There's no cost and no obligation.
